PROBLEM

Movie Goers Hesitate to Use Mobile Ordering System

Although it is frustrating for the movie goers to stand in long queues and face the crowd, they have not been using mobile apps to pre-book their snacks. Either due to lack of detailed information about the snack or due to limited variety of snack being displayed on the app + the app charges an extra fees compared to in-person ordering. Additionally, they don't address the need for mid-movie cravings, leaving a critical gap in user experience.

My research aims to understand this disconnect and identify solutions to create a more convenient and enjoyable movie snacking experience for everyone.
